This morning, I woke up to load some pictures into the laptop.
As usual, Cheery jumped off the bed to check out what I was doing. Kaypoh girl.
Pictures are a bit dark because the curtains were still drawn in the bedroom.
I whispered softly into her ear that Mommy wrote about our 1st meeting last night. Reacting as though she understood, she jumped on her hind legs to peer into the blog.
Look at her pointed ears...and she reminds me of a famous character...are you thinking WHO I'm thinking?

My 4-year old X'mas tree. It's 37 days to X'mas, dears!
After much cajoling and persuading, I managed to get lazy ass Mike to help set up the X'mas tree.
I have to declare he ended up doing all the job though, cos' I was too busy clicking away.
And of course, the kaypoh girl was around to catch the action too.
"See that star, Cheery. Isn't it pretty? Just like you."
When all was done, Cheery threw me an accusing look as she walked towards Mike, as though telling me what a bad Mommy I've been, letting Daddy do all the setting up.
