Cheery & Me

Watched "Marley and Me" last night, cried buckets and came home with a lot of thoughts.

Last year, I watched "10 Promises to a Dog", cried buckets and came home a heavy heart.

I remembered what Ling said a few weeks ago, "You haven't blogged for a long while, you never write about Cheery anymore."

I have been so caught up in just living that I haven't been reminiscing.

"Marley and Me" hit on me to reflect on my purpose of this blog. Long after Cheery's days, I will still be able to look back on the countless moments of her and with her.

Time, or the lack of it, has robbed me of many things. I should not let it rob me of my love for writing and my writing that brings Cheery into the lives of many.
