Have you heard it already?
Microsoft has bought an equity stake in the social networking site, Facebook.
They paid Facebook a whopping USD $240 MILLION for a mere 1.6% stake.
Can you then imagine how much the entire Facebook is worth!
They are valued at USD $1.6 BILLION (the key word is 'valued'…just like when they say your 5-rm flat is valued at $300K, the selling price is another $50K above valuation)!
And who’s the man behind this? I found this in Wikipedia :

I never imagined poking friends (I mean in cyber space lah), feeding them cookies and buying them beer was so addictive, and in return, you can earn BILLIONS just by building all these social applications within an environment.
